Product Return

According to Article 55 (1) of the CPA, the User has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to return purchased items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items, if the items meet the following conditions:

• no mechanical damage;
• not used;
• the items must be in their original, undamaged packaging and have a merchantable appearance;
• must be accompanied by the accompanying documents, such as a warranty card, invoice and/or receipt, and accessories with which it was received.

Please note: The client does not have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract in the following cases:

• for the provision of services, where the service has been fully provided and the execution has begun with the explicit prior consent of the consumer and acknowledgment by them that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
• for the delivery of items or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
• for the delivery of items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, i.e., for the delivery of items made to the consumer's order;
• for the delivery of items that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly due to their nature;
• for the delivery of sealed items that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
• for the delivery of items which, after being delivered, and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Conditions for Refund of Amounts Paid by the Client

• Refunds can be made by replacing the items, selecting another product, or with a credit operation to the Client's card account.
• If the Client finds that the selected items do not match their request, it can be replaced with another, but the courier service costs for the exchange procedure are at the Client's expense.
• When returning items by the client, with prior agreement from VOP.COM, the courier services for transporting the items from the store to the client are entirely at the Client's expense.
• “VOP” Ltd., as the owner of the online store VOP.COM, undertakes to refund the amount paid for the items within 30 calendar days from the date the items are received back, or to replace them.

The buyer should contact a vop.com employee at phone +359 882 344 960 or at official@vop-bg.com to notify them of their withdrawal and must complete a return form, which is available on the VOP.COM website.
