   4. Cookies – a method by which information is stored locally in the User's browser; small files consisting of a text set of information;

   1. https://vop.bg/ is obliged to comply with all the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation and to process and store the personal data provided by the users lawfully and in good faith, only for the purposes of providing the services and content of the Website;

      1. investigation of abuse complaints;
      2. court order or subpoena;

In case the services used by the User do not meet their requirements or expectations, https://vop.bg/ reserves the right not to be held responsible for that. https://vop.bg/ does not guarantee that the Website will have uninterrupted access or be free of technical problems. As a result of using the website, https://vop.bg/ reserves the right not to be held responsible for any damages or lost profits. https://vop.bg/ does not assume any responsibility, as well as any obligation to compensate for direct or indirect, causally conditioned, and special damages in any way related to access or use of the site;
   7. "VOP" Ltd. assumes no responsibility, including criminal, administrative, or civil liability, for the use of the Website by the User in a manner that does not comply with the requirements of the Rules and the general legal requirements;
   8. The Website contains links to other websites that are completely independent of https://vop.bg/, and the Website is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information described in any of these sites;
3. Rights and obligations of the User
   1. The User of the Website has the right to view and use the platform as intended and to use the Content only when the Copyright of "VOP" Ltd. is preserved and only for non-commercial purposes. The use of the Content without mentioning the Copyright is allowed only with written permission from the Owner;
   2. All actions of the User that interfere with the functioning of the Website are prohibited, as well as those that could harm the reputation of the Website or its Owner. In case of such behavior by the User, "VOP" Ltd. is obliged to take appropriate actions to remedy the damage without prior notice;
   3. The Website cooperates with third-party business partners who provide Users with original texts, services, offers, and other information. Each User has the right to use the services offered by them, and in such situations, the rules of the respective Websites apply;
4. Processing of personal data when using the Website or concluding a contract with the Owner for using services from the Website
   1. Data processed when using the Website:
      1. automatically collected technical data such as IP address, GPS coordinates, information about the device from which the Website is accessed;
      2. data obtained through the use of Cookies;
   2. Each User is responsible for the information they provide if it is false or relates to third parties without their explicit consent, as well as for any illegal or malicious use of personal data and information. If the User does not want this information to be collected and processed, they are not obliged to provide it. Any information entered by the User is voluntary;
   3. All personal data and information stored for the user are deleted after the end of the technological period;
5. Data protection and processing
   1. It is necessary to process and store the information you provide to improve the content and functionality of the Website, as well as to analyze trends in the internet space.
      1. This information is stored for a certain period, and necessary technical and organizational measures are taken against accidental or illegal destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access by third parties, alteration or distribution, as well as other illegal forms of access and distribution;
   2. At each visit to the Website, the User is identified as such through the IP address. The IP address is a series of four numbers and indicates the internet address from which the User accesses the Website, points to the internet provider, and can be traced by anyone who searches for it;

   1. Cookies create anonymous statistics about the User's preferences and behavior on the Website. Through them, the Website analyzes traffic and optimizes content. Cookies do not link your visit to the Website in any way with your personal data. Their use on the Website saves certain information and distinguishes Users from each other;
   2. Types of cookies we use:
      1. Analytical cookies – cookies that track site visits and analyze how easily Users work with the Website (Google Analytics cookies). Analytical cookies provide information such as which pages of the site the User visits, what device they use to view the Website, and other anonymous data. For Google Analytics, IP addresses are also anonymized via _anonymizelp. The maximum period we keep analytical data in Google Analytics is 50 months;
      2. Targeting cookies – through them, information that is irrelevant to you is filtered out and should not be shown to you. These are dynamic cookies from Facebook, Google, etc.;
      3. Functional cookies – cookies that allow you to use the full functionality of our site;
   3. The use of Google Analytics is aimed at generating traffic statistics and traffic sources;
   4. The information collected from the above-mentioned third parties is site performance and visit analysis – frequency, duration of visit, geographical location (city/village);
7. Applicable law
   1. In unresolved issues and disputes, each user has the right to present them to the Bulgarian courts and the relevant competent authorities, for all unresolved issues that the parties have not been able to resolve through negotiations and mutual agreement;
   2. For all issues not settled in these terms, the provisions of the current Bulgarian legislation apply;
